REQUEST A RETURN
This is how it works:
- Click here to request a return and enter the Email address you've used for your order.
- You'll receive a six-digit verification code via email. Please enter the code to continue.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for our team.
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You can find more information on return shipping cost below.

While we understand that sometimes returns are necessary, we'd like to ask you to be mindful of our returns policy before ordering or returning your purchase. Return period: Within what time frame can I return my order?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of their arrival.
Non-returnable items: Which items are excluded from returns?
Please note that pieces from the Kettlebell Kings apparel collection (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Caps etc.) can not be returned since they are made to order. In case your item arrived in damaged condition, please reach out to our customer service.
Eligibility criteria: Which items can be returned?
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions: The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in resellable condition. All accompanying accessories, manuals, and promotional materials must be included. If you'd like to return your item because it arrived damaged, please let our customer service know.
Returning damaged items
Wrong Item Delivered or Damaged Item: In the event that you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will verify the issue, and if confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Refund Process: When and how will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs may not be refunded.
